My room on the 10th floor overlooking the pool and sea was nice and clean, thankfully had air conditioning to keep cool. Concerned about the open windows in the kids' rooms, especially with an autistic child. Staff were a mix; some were unhelpful, but others like Raquel at reception and Johnny at the restaurant were fantastic. Great village location, shady most of the day. Fantastic dining options with a bit of a queue at times. Plenty of facilities available.

The rooms were nice and clean with essential air conditioning. The height on the 21st floor was impressive, but the safety of the windows in the kids' rooms was concerning, especially with an autistic child.

The hotel is located in a lovely village with plenty of amenities. The village was a big hit with my kids, and the VR area was supervised. Some areas, like near the gin bar, were overcrowded and not well-maintained.

I was thrilled with the wide range of facilities available at this hotel, especially with options like the pool, hot tub, football pitch, water park, and games room, all of which my kids absolutely loved. However, the room wasn't ready when we arrived around 1 pm, which was a bit inconvenient.

The rooms were a very nice touch, and my kids loved the virtual reality headsets and video games available like Fortnite and FIFA. However, the delay in having the room ready upon arrival was a downside.

The hotel was perfect for the kids, offering a nice spot to relax in the evening. The room setup with 2 single beds, 1 queen bed, and 1 sofa bed was convenient, although the delayed readiness was a small inconvenience. The service, especially from 'Jonny Be Good,' was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond and being faultless overall. The location wasn't ideal for walking to Benidorm, but the hot tub and relaxing beds were nice, even though they were occasionally overcrowded. The dining experience was fantastic with a wide variety of tasty options, despite some queues during peak times.
